If you plan to have your kids attend, please complete the registration form below. You must register at least one child and their grade for the automatic registration to work. Make sure to complete the registration by providing, the parents name and phone contact information. You may enter the first and last name of each child registered and their age. Registration closes the Wednesday of the month immediately prior to KNO at 5:00 p.m. or when we register a total of 60 kids. We are consistently reaching 60 kids prior to the registration deadline, so I encourage everyone to respond soon. You will receive a confirmation after filling out this form.  If you do not recieve one please call us.   

Please remember to contact us either through email or a telephone call if for some reason a child can not attend, so that we can remove them from our list and provide the opportunity to another on our waiting list.  Thank you so much for your consideration and we look forward to hearing from you.
